We will try our best to be there to welcome you. But if your flight is delayed or you don’t see anyone at the Nashville airport, don’t worry.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

The Residence Inn hotel also has a free 24/7 shuttle. First, wait a bit—we might just be on our way. If no one shows up, call +1 615-889-8600 and ask for the airport shuttle. Follow the signs that say “AIRPORT SHUTTLE”.

Sometimes bags are delayed. Don’t panic—your bag will likely come the next day.

WELCOME TO SALES SCHOOL

We’re thrilled to have you here in Nashville. This marks the start of what promises to be an exciting, challenging, and truly rewarding summer. We have a lot to cover this week, and it’s going to set the tone for your experience ahead.

Right now, you’re probably feeling a mix of excitement and nerves—and that’s completely normal. Everyone feels that way at the beginning. This week is designed to prepare you fully for the summer ahead. It will mirror many of the emotions and challenges you’ll face in the field, helping you build confidence and resilience.

When you were selected for the program, we asked you to commit to four key principles for a successful summer:

  1. Work hard and smart

  2. Study and learn your materials

  3. Be teachable and open to new ideas

  4. Stay disciplined and on schedule

You’ll need to put all of those into action this week. There’s a lot to learn, and it will take effort and focus. Be open—this may be new territory, but you’re not alone. Listen closely to your sales managers; their advice is based on real experience, and it will absolutely help you succeed.
