THE E-DEMO GOAL CARD
SETUP & SUPPORT
Southwestern Advantage representatives use the E-Demo Goal Card as a crucial tool to track the vital statistics of their daily sales activity. This card helps reps monitor key metrics such as demos completed, customers approached, sales made, providing a clear picture of their progress and performance.
By consistently logging this data at each door, both the reps and their managers can analyze patterns, identify strengths and weaknesses, and adapt training accordingly. This continuous feedback loop allows each individual to refine their approach, stay motivated, and maximize their potential for a successful and productive summer.
This page is dedicated to assist you in installing and using the E-Demo Goal Card to its full potential. tech Support is also available should you be experiencing any issues.
CREATING YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Each student representative (SMs and FYs) will receive an email with a link to set up your account password.
If you already have an account, just go to account.southwestern.ee and request a password reset. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset it.
If you appear not to have an account linked with your email address, please contact Matt Menis by clicking HERE
Note: The email may end up in your spam or junk folder. If it does, be sure to move it to your inbox so the links work properly.
Tip: For the best experience, use Safari on iOS.
While the app is compatible with both iOS and Android, Safari on iOS provides the most reliable performance and optimal results.

FIRST TIME LOGIN
STEP 1 LOGIN: Click on goalcard.southwestern.ee and login using your email address and password.
STEP 2 SETUP YOUR CURRENT TIME ZONE: Make sure your device time zone is correct and that the time zone of the app is the same.
STEP 3 GIVE PERMISSION! When you first add stats, make sure you give permission to use your location!
If you missed giving permission the very first time you are using the app, you can still do it under: Settings- Privacy-Safari websites - Give access While using the app.

STEP 4: ADD TO YOUR HOME SCREEN/DOCK
Click on the share button, then on the “Add to home screen” This will put the app on your iPad screen. We do recommend adding it to the dock so you can access it fast!

DATA ON OR DATA OFF?


Using the App Without Data
You can use the app without mobile data, but be aware that it may occasionally get stuck on “Saving data, please wait” when there's no internet connection.
When you're offline, the internet icon will appear grey, and your statistics will be saved locally on your device. A small icon will show how many stats are stored locally. To sync this data with the server, you must turn your mobile data on—an active internet connection is required for syncing.
Important: DO NOT CLEAR YOUR BROWSER HISTORY before syncing, as this will erase any unsaved data.
Recommendation: We suggest keeping mobile data on while using the app—it uses very little data. Location services are required, so avoid using the app in airplane mode. If you want to limit data usage, simply turn off mobile data instead.




GOAL PERIOD GOALS
Set Goals for Each Period Phase
You can customize your goals for each phase of your cycle—before, during, and after your period. Each phase can have its own specific goal.
Once your device detects that your period has ended, it will automatically reset the phase and carry over your data to the next cycle.


ADDING STATS
LOGGING YOUR ACTIVITY
As you leave a house, you can log key activities—Doors, Calls, Demos, Sit-downs, and Customers. These will be mapped automatically, along with the time and location.
To log an activity, just tap the corresponding button: Door, Call, Demo, Sit-down, or Customer.
ADD EXTRA DETAILS
Each entry has optional fields for more details. Be sure to check the relevant boxes before saving. You can also add comments—these can be really helpful later!
COMMENTS
Any comments you add to a Door, Call, Demo, Sit-down, or Customer will be saved and will automatically appear later when you're logging your daily stats.

START YOUR DAY
Tap the “Start a Day” button when you begin your day. This will record your start time—don’t worry, you can edit it later if needed.

DOOR
Additional info: to whom showed. Door means any door you knocked on that didn’t become a call, demo, sd or sale.

CALL
Additional info: to whom showed

DEMO
Additional Info: What You Showed & To Whom
Be sure to log what you showed and to whom during each interaction. Tracking these details helps you better understand how you’re working your area—and what’s getting results!

SITS
Additional info: Where showed.

CUSTOMERS
Additional info: Customer Type (Strong, Weak, Delivered); What products were sold
To qualify as a solid customer, at least half of the full order amount must be collected within 32 days of the sale.
DAILY SUMMARY GRID
As you add stats, they’ll automatically be recorded in your daily summary. You can choose to show or hide this table to focus only on your current goal period—just tap “Show GC Table” to toggle it.
When you hit your goals for the current period, the progress bar will turn green!


FINISH THE DAY
At the end of your day, be sure to tap the “Finish Day” button. This is important—if you skip this step, the app won’t recognize that your day is over, and your goal card won’t reset.
On the finish screen, you can:

Review and correct your stats if anything’s missing or incorrect

Add a summary comment for the day (any comments you made earlier will appear here too)

Rate your Effort & Attitude on a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (top)

Leave a final comment sharing how you felt about the day or anything you think would be helpful for your sales leaders and coaches
If you followed a Sales Leader during the day, make sure to check the box and include in the comments:

Who you followed
-
What you observed or learned
-
Any other insights or feedback from the experience
This helps track mentorship and learning opportunities for you and your team.
TO COMPLETE THE STEPS, please click on 'FINISH AND UPLOAD STATS' once you are done.








VIEW YOUR STATISTICS
Review Your Metrics & Progress
Regularly reviewing your stats is a key part of learning and improving throughout your summer experience. All the stats you’ve logged are available on your E-DEMO Goal Card.

Tap the small icon next to your name to access your statistics.

You’ll see a list of your workdays—tap any day to open and review it.

On the summary page, tap “Logi” to view your activity map.

To return to your Goal Card, just tap your name again.
